Austin Transformational Health (“ATH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies specifically to information collected through our website (austintransformationalhealth.com) and online supplement ordering portal.
If you are an in-person patient receiving acupuncture or other clinical services at our Austin clinic, your health information, consent forms, and payment details are managed entirely through Tebra, our HIPAA-compliant patient management platform. Tebra’s own privacy policy governs that information. This policy does not apply to those interactions.
Information We Collect
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password.
Health information: When you complete your intake form through Tebra, our patient management platform, you provide health history and wellness information. This information is stored securely within Tebra’s HIPAA-compliant system.
Order information: When you place an order through our online portal, we collect your shipping address and order history. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, your card details are encrypted and handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers or in WordPress.
Usage information: We may collect standard website analytics data such as pages visited and time on site. We do not sell this data.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your patient account
- Communicate with you about your prescribed products and orders
- Process and fulfill your orders
- Send you transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, product readiness notifications)
- Improve our services
Health Information and HIPAA
All health information collected during your intake process, including your health history, wellness goals, and any clinical notes, is handled exclusively through Tebra, our HIPAA-compliant patient management platform. Patients are required to sign a consent form through Tebra prior to sharing any protected health information.
ATH does not store clinical health data on this website. Our WordPress-based ordering portal only stores your name, email, shipping address, and order history. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order or as required by law.
Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate our platform:
- Tebra – patient management and intake forms (HIPAA-compliant)
- Stripe – payment processing (PCI-compliant)
- WooCommerce / WordPress – website and ordering platform
- Pirate Ship / USPS – order fulfillment and shipping
