Overview
We want you to feel confident ordering from Austin Transformational Health. Because we carry professional-grade supplements prescribed specifically for your wellness needs, our return policy reflects the nature of these products.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of health and wellness supplements, all sales are final once an order has been fulfilled and shipped or picked up. We are unable to accept returns on opened or used supplement products for health and safety reasons.
We encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it. If you have questions about any product before ordering, please contact us, we’re happy to help.
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
- Damaged or defective products — If your order arrives damaged or a product appears defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
- Incorrect items shipped — If you receive the wrong products, contact us within 7 days and we will correct the order at no cost to you.
- Order not received — If your order does not arrive within 14 days of the shipping confirmation email, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.
Pickup Orders
If you have selected in-clinic pickup and your order is ready but you are unable to pick it up, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternate arrangements. Unclaimed pickup orders will be held for 14 days before being returned to inventory.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
